1. Booking & Advance Payments
To secure and lock in your specific appointment slot on your selected booking date, an advance payment is strictly required at the time of booking. Slots will not be held or confirmed without a cleared advance payment.
2. Final Balance Payment
The remaining balance of your total booking fee must be paid in full on the actual service delivery date. Payment must be cleared before or immediately upon completion of the makeup application/service.

3. Strict No-Refund Policy
Because calendar dates are exclusively reserved for you—preventing other clients from booking that specific slot—all advance payments are strictly non-refundable. If you decide not to proceed with the service, the advance payment will be forfeited.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

5. Service Delays and Location Accuracy
For all on-site bookings, the client must ensure the venue address provided during registration is accurate. Any delays caused by inaccurate venue details or client unreadiness may cut into the designated appointment session time.
